Who we are
Islam Central (“the app”) is published by Faith Central FZE LLC, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). Contact: admin@islamcentralapp.com.
What we collect
Account details: Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google, Apple or Facebook.
Preferences: Preferences you choose in the app, such as your interests and the books you save.
Usage information: Screens viewed, books and chapters played or read, app version, device type, operating system and approximate location (country).
Purchase information: Subscription status and plan. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never receive your card details.
Advertising and attribution information: On iOS, only if you allow tracking; on Android, the advertising ID unless you have opted out.
Push notifications: Your push notification token, if you allow notifications.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and personalise the app; manage your account and subscription; send notifications you have allowed (including trial reminders); understand and improve the app; measure our advertising; and prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Service providers we share data with
We share data with the following service providers:
Amazon Web Services: Hosting.
Google Firebase: Analytics, notifications and remote settings.
RevenueCat: Subscription management.
AppsFlyer: Attribution.
Meta: Advertising measurement.
Apple and Google: Sign-in and payments.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices and rights
You can turn off tracking (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking) and notifications at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or delete your account, by emailing admin@islamcentralapp.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account deletion request, unless we must keep it longer by law.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country, including in India and the United States, with appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We will post any updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
