1. Agreement to these terms

These terms are between you and Faith Central FZE LLC, Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By using Islam Central, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

Islam Central offers monthly and annual subscriptions, which may start with a free trial.

The price, trial length and date of the first charge are shown before you confirm your subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.

3. Content

Summaries and audio content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute or resell this content.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

5. Disclaimer

The content is provided for learning and reflection purposes and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
