On Filling The Inner Hole & Coming Home
π§ Listen to this chapter (3 min)
The journey of existence begins with a departure. We were once in the presence of God, connected to Him in every way. But the separation from that divine union left us wounded, yearning to fill the void within us. As we navigated life’s trials, we stumbled upon various distractions and sought solace in fleeting pleasures or worldly pursuits.
Yet, every stumble, every experience, serves a singular purposeβto guide us back to our origin, to reunite with the Divine. Life’s beauty and challenges are not mere adornments but signs pointing us towards a deeper understanding of God’s greatness and purpose.
Each sunset, every natural wonder, is a message waiting to be decipheredβnot just appreciated superficially but contemplated deeply. The purpose of these marvels is to awaken us to the majesty of the Creator behind them. We must not lose ourselves in the allure of creation but rather use it as a means to connect with the Creator.
Similarly, every event in our lives carries a purposeβa lesson or a revelation about ourselves and our relationship with God. Whether in moments of joy or pain, there is a message waiting to be unfolded. We are constantly surrounded by signs, and God is always communicating with us. The question is, are we listening?
Even in our slips, falls, or trials, there lies an opportunity to witness divine mercy, wisdom, and power. Instead of despairing, we should seek the lessons hidden within these experiences. They serve as reminders of God’s sovereignty and our ultimate reliance on Him.
On the path back to our origin, there is only one destinationβto return to the Divine, to seek wholeness and happiness in His presence. We long to proclaim, "We’re Home," knowing that true fulfilment lies in reconnecting with the One who is the source of all completeness and joy
The Homing Beacon
We are spiritual exiles. Your inner void is a homing beacon to the Origin. Every sunset or struggle is a message; don’t ignore the Artist for the art.
Numbing the Void
We numb this void with scrolling and shopping, treating life as distraction rather than dialogue.
